Baesd on the analysis of the social foundation of cheating, the article analyzes the social reasons and gives some relative suggestions and countermeasures to solve this problem.to regress the original attribute of record of formal schooling, to intensify the ability standard; punish authority diploma, to purify the air of officialdom; promote actively fair, honest and abiding by the credit, and to punish the person who violate discipline and opportunist, to strengthen the means of control, and to perfect the mechanism of competition.
