摘要
以玉米淀粉和丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺及复合交联剂等为主要原料,采用水溶液聚合法合成了一种新型的淀粉接枝吸水膨胀型堵水剂SAP,并对其适宜的配方组成及性能进行了较为全面的探讨。结果表明,SAP具有较好的吸水膨胀性能和较快的吸水膨胀速度,而在油相介质中不发生膨胀;SAP对高渗层大孔道地层具有很好的堵水性能和很高的封堵强度;当其浓度大于0.5%时,对渗透率大于4.0μm2的填砂管岩心其堵水率可达99%以上,突破压力梯度可达10MPa/m以上。
The water-absorbent and expansive water shut off agent SAP is synthesized mainly by using starch from maize,crylic acid,acrylamide and complex cross linking agent.It is a new-type starch graft copolymerization through water solution polymerizing.Its reasonable compounding formula composition and properties are fully discussed.The results show that SAP has better water-absorbent expanding properties and faster speed.It does not expand in the oil phase medium.SAP is an effective plugging agent for big permeability formation.When its density is greater than 0.5%,its water shutting off efficiency is greater than 99% to percolation rate,as permeability is more than 4.0μm^2,and its breakthrough pressure gradient can be above 10MPa/m on sand packs.
