浆膜下阑尾切除术156例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 156 cases with appendicitis treated by appendectomy under the serous coat

目的报告特殊位置和类型的阑尾炎浆膜下切除的手术经验。方法对用传统方法切除困难的156例阑尾,采用浆膜下阑尾切除术。结果全组均顺利切除,无1例出现腹腔内出血、肠瘘及腹膜炎等并发症。结论对传统方法切除困难的一些特殊位置和类型的阑尾炎,采用浆膜下切除的方法,不仅有利于医生的术中操作,更有利于患者的术后恢复。

Objective： To report the operative experience of appendix excision under the serous coat in patients with appendicitis, whose position and type were special. Methods： 156 appendices which were difficult to remove by traditional appendectomy were excised under the serous coat in patients with appendicitis. Results： All appendices were removed successfully without any complications such as internal hemorrhage of abdominal cavity, intestines fistula and peritonitis etc. Conclusion ： Appendix excision under the serous coat not only benefits doctor to manipulate during operation but also is favorable for patients whose appendices are difficult to remove by traditional appendectomy due to their special positions or types to recover.
