There are some main factors affecting equity in criminal trial procedure in our country, that is, the interventions from the interior of the court, from social organizations, the unequal relations between the prosecutor and the defendant. The solution way is to speed up the process reform in criminal trial, and realize jurisdiction independence, to implement the straight wordage principle, to thoroughly settle the defense question and so on.
