摘要
培养主体性音乐人才应遵循教育思想的民主化、学生发展的个性化、教学模式的多样化、审美体验的多样化、学习评价的全面性五个基本原则并从培养学生的创新态度、找准创新途径、构建创新的教学模式等五个方面去进行。
Training talented persons as main body in music should follow five basic principles: democratization of educational thought, the personalization of students' developing, diversification of educational models, diversification of esthetic experience, integrity of studying appraisal ; and conduct them into actions from five aspects : developing innovation attitude of students, finding innovation way, establishing teaching modes of innovation.
