摘要
从岗位津贴的差距、正常调整、教师的业绩评价以及激励方式等问题入手,对目前高等学校岗位津贴制度存在的问题进行了探讨和分析,提出了合理控制岗位津贴差距、借鉴"成熟曲线"理论体现工龄因素、采取有效的绩效评价方法以及重视高校福利性薪酬体系等相关建议.
In respect to the differences of post subsidies, their regular adjustment, and the evaluating and stimulating means of the teachers' performance, this paper analyzes the problems in subsidy system in institutions of higher learning. Accordingly, it proposes some suggestions to solve them, including the proper control of differences in post subsidies, the consideration of working years in accordance with the “Ripe Curve Theory”, the adopting of effective performance evaluating means and the stressing of welfare systerns.
