摘要
从目前高校的课程设置分析了素质教育的实现途径,认为选修课承担了大部分对学生素质教育培养的职能,但是由于自身条件的限制,选修课存在覆盖面不宽,教学质量不高等问题.鉴于选修课制度以及高教模式的种种不足,提出对课堂教学体制进行革新,改变目前封闭的高等教育模式,实现一种互动性质的教学模式.同时,提出要降低目前学分总数的设置,在课程的设置上引入竞争机制,从而全面提高大学教师的科学素质和文化素质.
Based on the analysis of system science thought and the basis of higher education philosophy, this paper points out that higher education is an important subsystem of social system, the improvement of which is a process of seeking the best balance point between its internal and external development. To achievc this, it is necessary to form a complete structure for science research, to cultivate multi-talent graduates so as to meet the demand of the society, and coordinate the development of universities with the government and enterprise.
