通过对高校学报编辑责任的理论阐释,认为高校学报编辑的责任意识主要包括政治责任意识、文化责任意识和质量责任意识,而高校学报的质量与编辑的责任意识有直接的关系,只有提高编辑的责任意识才能保证高校学报的质量.强调高校学报要认真抓好论文质量,强化编辑的责任意识,要求编辑人员求实敬业认真做好编辑工作,从而为社会发展提供先进的文化支持.

This paper makes a theoretical analysis to the duties of editors of university journals. As is held hereafter, the editors＇ duty consciousness consists of political, cultural and quality duty consciousness, all of which are closely related to the quality of university journals. Only by enhancing the editor＇s duty consciousness can the quality of university journals be guaranteed. The journals should lay great emphasis on the quality of articles, strengthen the editor＇s duty consciousness, and ask them to be down-to-earth in doing edition so that they can provide advanced cultural support for social development.
