我国高校学分制改革之我见

Reform of Credit System in China's Higher Education

学分制已成为我国高等学校教学管理的重要手段,而学分制改革也是各高校提高教学质量、培养高素质人才的必然趋势.通过对高校学分制的发展状况及其特征的阐释,认为学分制灵活多样的选课制和弹性学制更符合"以人为本"的教育思想和"服务学生"的管理理念.在此基础上,提出要搞好学分制改革,必须取消制约学分制发展的诸多因素,建立与之相适应的配套政策,构建各高校学分制相互衔接的平台,从而不断深化学分制的改革.

Credit system has become an important means of teaching administration in China＇s colleges and universities. Reform of the credit system is a must since institutions of higher education long to improve their quality of education and cultivate talents of high quality, This paper investigates into the developing status quo and features of college credit system, It holds that since the system allows students to decide what courses they like to study and how long a time they would spend before graduation, it conforms to the educational principle of “human-centeredness” and the managing concept of “serving the students. ”To apply the credit system to education, colleges and universities should get rid of whatever hinders its development, establish auxiliary and complementary policies, take measures to share educational resources and further deepen reform in the credit system.
