对大学生考试的控制与管理是学校管理规范的一个重要组成部分,这里运用从社会学规范理论,探讨有效赏罚措施的建立及规范的内化对大学生考试作弊问题的有效控制,并就规范大学生考试及控制考试作弊提出了相应的对策.

The control and management of college students ＇examination is an important and integral part of college administration. This paper adopts the sociological norms theory and discusses the ways to enhance effective control over college students＇ cheating in examination by the establishment of effective praising and punishing measures and the internalization of administrative norms. Besides, it puts forward some concrete countermeasures to regulate the students＇ examination and control their cheating in examination.
