摘要
<不动产估价>作为土地资源管理专业的一门必修课,开展双语教学具有重要的意义.这里主要阐述了实施不动产估价双语教学的必要性,并从传统教学观念、教师和学生素质、教材、校园环境和教学评价机制等方面,就<不动产估价>实施双语教学提出几点建议.
As a required course for the major of Land Resource Management, Appraisal of Real Estate is expected to be taught in bilingual classes, together with the 21st century＇s educational philosophy. The necessity and the significance of bilingual teaching＇s adoption to Appraisal of Real Estate are fully discussed in this paper. In addition, a couple of suggestive viewpoints are put forward in terms of traditional teaching concepts, teacher and students＇ qualities, teaching materials, college environment and the evaluation program for teaching this way.
