论江西油茶产业的发展

On the Development of Tea-oil Tree Industry in Jiangxi Province

油茶(Cam ellia oleiferaAbel),是我国特有的木本油料树种,广泛种植于全国包括台湾在内的17个省(区),1100多个县(市),在我国国民经济和生态环境建设中起着重要的作用。茶油是最好的食用油,被誉为“油中之王”。大力发展油茶产业,不仅有利于提高我国人民的生活水平、确保全国人民的健康,而且对促进新世纪、新阶段全国经济的快速、持续发展都具有积极意义。江西是我国中部地区的一个重要农业省份,具有种植油茶的优越自然条件和社会经济条件。江西的油茶生产在全国占有举足轻重的地位。为了更好地促进江西油茶产业的进一步发展,对江西油茶生产的历史、现状、问题及今后发展对策等进行了探讨。

The tea - oil tree （ Camellia oleifera Abel） is an unique arboreal oil tree species in China and is widely planted in 17 provinces including Taiwan and more than 1 100 counties or cities in China's Mainland. It plays a vital role in our national econonly and ecological environmental construction in China. The tea oil is the best cooking oil known as “the king of oil.” To develop the tea- oil tree industry on a large scale not only helps improve Chinese peopleg living standard and their health, but also plays a positive role in promoting the development of economy at a sustainable speed in China in the new century. Jiangxi is an important agricultural province in the middle of China, boasting superior natural conditions and social economic conditions in planting tea- oil tree. Jiangxi＇s tea- oil tree production holds the pivotal status in the nation. This paper discusses the history, the current situation, the existing problems, and the countermeasures to further develop tea- oil tree production in Jiangxi Province.
