摘要
2004年我国农业有了长足的发展,农民收入首次在增长率上超过城市居民。以我国正在实施的稳健财政政策为基点出发,分析我国近几年的农村与农业情况,并借鉴国外的农业财政政策经验,设想我国在将来应采取的农业财政政策。
Agriculture in China experienced considerable development in 2004. Farmers＇ income increase surpassed that of city people for the first time. Based on the implementation of a steady financial policy, the paper analyzes the current situation of China＇ s countryside and agriculture and by referring to experience of foreign countries, and proposes some agricultural financial policies our country should adopt in the future.
