摘要
营销管理是一个涉及多个领域的复杂智能决策过程,其复杂的知识相关性给人工智能的知识工程技术带来了非受限领域、非特定任务的挑战,对这样一类具有非常现实应用背景问题的研究,有助于人工智能知识工程的理论发展。利用辅助决策技术,设计并实现了一个面向营销管理的基于知识的系统。
Marketing management is a highly complicated intelligent process of decision making, which involves several domains. The elaborate correlations of knowledge in these domains bring about non - domain - constrained and non - task - specific challenges in knowledge engineering of artificial intelligence, whose development will be promoted by research into the application background. This paper designs a knowledge - based system in marketing management by depending on the decision - making aiding technology.
