职业护工—基于城市老年照料“角色缺位”难题的一个现实选择

Professional Care Workers-A Realistic Alternative to Deal with "Role Absence" to Care for the Elderly

人口的老龄化引发的老年照料问题在我国城市正日益突出,老年照料角色缺位日益成为社会难题,认为,”护工“行业的自发形成,满足了部分城市老人的照料需求。但目前缺乏相应的公共政策研究和制度规范管理,发展职业护工,作为解决老年照料难题的一种解决途径的新视角,政府和社会应予以重视。

Who are to take care of the elderly is a problem arising from population aging which has been highlighted in urban areas, The society has been confronted with the lack of the role to care for the elderly. This paper argues that the emergence of the “care workers” industry has partly met the demand uf workers to look after urban eider people. However, there still is lack corresponding public policy study and institution and norm management. So the papers holds that the government and society should attach importance to the oroblem so as to provide a new perspective on how to tackle it.
