摘要
雇员离职是人力资源管理面临的一个棘手问题。文章认为,雇员离职是社会环境积极因素形成的拉力和组织中的消极因素形成的推力,共同作用于雇员的结果。同时,构建了离职行为的推拉模型,并对其进行了理论分析。
Employee turnover is a hard nut to crack for human resource management. It is the result of both the pulling force from positive factors in society environment and the thrust from negative factors in the organization. Meanwhile, the pulling force and thrust model of employee turnover action is established and anlyzed from the theoretical aspect.
