摘要
熔窑内玻璃液流动与传热模型实验由于无法同时满足3个相似准则Re,Gr和Pr相等,通常采用只保证两个相似准则 Re,Gr相等而忽略 Pr准则的方法。分析表明,Pr对液流速度场和温度场却有强烈影响。基于熔窖内玻璃液的流动特点,由流动与传热控制方程导出了熔窑玻璃液流模型实验的两个新准则Gr/Re和Pe。这两个新准则综合了 Re,Gr和Pr 3个相似准则的作用,因此模型实验的相似性可得到实质性的改进,实验设计和操作也可更加方便。这种新的熔窑玻璃液流模型实验方法的有效性通过数值计算得到了验证。
It will be extremely difficult or impractical to satisfy three similarity criteria, Re, Gr and Pr, in model experiment simultaneously. Hence, one usually takes two similarity criteria, Re and Gr, as primary similarity criteria in designing a model, while the effect of Pr has to be ignored. However, analyses show that Pr does have strong effect on flow patterns in glass tank. Based on features of glass melt flow in tank furnaces, two new similarity criteria Gr/Re and Pe have been derived from the governing equations of heat and fluid flow. These two criteria can cover contributions from Re, Gr and Pr, thus the similarity between model and prototype can be essentially improved, and the model experiments become more convenient and efficient. The validity of this new approach of similarity experiments has been verified by numerical calculations.
