在全站仪短边三角高程测量可以代替水准测量的前提下,建立基于全站仪三维观测数据和站心坐标系的短边控制网平差函数模型和随机模型,并给出利用方差分量估计近似公式进行方差分量估计,从而确定各类观测值的权的计算方法。

The short-side control network adjustment function model and the random model are established based on the topocentric coordinate system and the three-dimension observed datum of the electronic total station （ETS） on the condition that the ETS short - side trigonometric leveling can replace the leveling. At the same time, the calculated method is given by utilizing the variance component estimate likelihood formula to estimation the variance component and deciding weight of various observed value.
