摘要
某大型绘图仪生产中其重复精度经常达不到设计要求。文中将绘图仪传动系统各元件的制造误差视作随机误差,应用概率统计方法对传动精度进行分析计算,找出影响重复精度的主要因素,并对传动系统结构加以改进,在不提高零件加工精度的前提下,使绘图仪单向重复误差由原来的±0.101 mm,减少到±0.025 mm,产品合格率为100%。
In the production the repetition precision of a large drawing instrument often fails to the design requirement. For this reason the manufacture errors of the parts in the transmission system of the drawing instrument are regarded as random errors. The probability statistics method of random error is applied to the analysis and calculation about the transmission system, and the main reason which affects repetition precision is found. The structure of the system is improved. By no raising the machining precision the unidirectional repetitive error of the drawing instrument drops from ± 0. 1mm to ± 0. 025mm. The qualified rate of the products is 100%. The economic benefit rises greatly.
