欠发达地区精神贫困问题的理性思考——以陕西西部欠发达县区为例

Some Rational Thinking of the Poverty in Underdeveloped Regions

精神贫困既是物质贫困的直接后果和人文表现,又是物质贫困产生的深层根源和主要因素。所以,精神贫困是一种比物质贫困更隐蔽更可怕的社会现象。片面重视物质脱贫的思维和实践,难以造就贫困地区脱贫致富奔小康的主体精神和内在张力,必然影响脱贫成效的巩固与提高。只有高度关注精神脱贫,才能真正找到欠发达地区实现经济脱贫的根本出路和治本之策。

The spiritual poverty is the direct consequence and humanistic performance of the materialistic poverty, and the root and major factor that produces materialistic poverty. Therefore, the spiritual impoverishment is a more fearful social phenomenon. Only stressing the relief of materialistic poverty may result in the lack of inner incentive to work towards a better-off life, which will henceforth hinders the effectiveness of the policy of building up a relatively comfortable society in China. If the effort to move away from the spiritual poverty is ignored, the poverty in these regions can not be well avoided.
