摘要
将LEO卫星系统作为一种应急通信系统,当地面蜂房网话务流量超载时,用LEO系统辅助实现切换的一种方案,推导出了相应的数学模型,并结合数字实例进行了性能分析。结果表明,该方案能有效地改善地面网的阻塞状况。
This poper discusses a design for using Low-Earth-Orbit(LEO)mobile satellite system to support the blocked handoffs of the ground celluar networks when they are overlaided.Normally, the users will try to communicate by the ground and take the LEO satellite system as back-up system or a emergency communication system. The correspondent mathematic model is deduced. And the numerical computation using eodneering data for the model is carried out.The resultS show that this design can effictently improve the traffic block of the ground networks.
