社会教育立法比较

本文提出中国与国外（主要列举日本、美国和新加坡等）社会教育的概念及模式、社会教育立法的状况、以及与社会教育相关的社会资源的种类和立法状况等比较．并在此基础上指出：要加快法制建设和提高立法层次．实行全面和系统的法律调整；充分发挥教育和服务功能；教育要贴近现实和社会；立法要有针对性、客观性和连续性；树立一体化的教育观念和资源共享；立足本国并与国际接轨等建议。
