摘要
针对我国目前10KV以下电力网络的实际情况,设计了一种基于通用分组无线业务GPRS(GeneralPackageRadioService)的远程电力计量监测系统,该系统可为电力配网供电自动化、收费自动化、电能质量管理以及用户的用电预测与分析提供依据。
In the light of the current situation of electric power network below 10 k V in China, this article introduces a long-distance electric power measurement monitor system based on the GPRS, to realize the electric power for automatic power supply and automatic charge, the electrical energy quality control, and provide users ＂electricity comsuption and analyzes.
