电极箔氧化膜电性能测试仪的研制

Manufacturing of a Testing Instrument on Performances of Electrode Foil Oxidation Film

介绍了一种以AT89C51单片机为核心器件的电极箔氧化膜电性能测试系统,给出了测试仪的性能指标、工作原理;对系统的软件、硬件的部分电路作了详细介绍。该测试仪能够准确地测量到氧化膜升压时间(Tr)、氧化膜耐压(Vt)、煮水后的升压时间(Tr')等参数,具有较好的快速性和准确率。

This paper introduces a kind of system that takes a SCM of A T89C51 as the core machine piece to testing instrument on performances of electrode foil oxidation film . The system includes the design principle of the 0-650 VO.5 A power supply and the control that passes a SCM of AT89CS1 can measure to voltage-rise time of the oxidation film （Tr） ,compression resistance of the oxidation film （Vt）and the voltage-rlse time while being boiled in water. （ Tr＇） The system has the good fast and accurate rates.
