摘要
人们都有一种追求公平的需要,如果这种需要得不到满足,就会损伤其自尊心,从而影响其积极性。政府雇员的出现,带来了内部和外部的不公平。如何纠正不公平,充分挖掘人力资源的潜力,调动政府雇员的工作积极性,提高管理水平和行政绩效,是值得认真思考和研究的问题。
The theory of equity tells us that the pursuit of equity is the need of human beings, without which they will be hurt and lose their activities. The appearance of government employees results in inequality. It is worthwhile for us to study and solve the inequity, develop the capabilities of government employees, improve their performance, promote the level of management and improve the efficiency of administration.
