摘要
加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,需要一支高素质的辅导员队伍。目前高校辅导员队伍还存在一些不适应新时期要求的状况和问题,高校应不断完善辅导员队伍的选拔、培养和管理机制,加强高校辅导员队伍建设。
To strengthen and improve college students＇ ideological education, a group of qualified instructors are needed. There still exists the problem of not being able to cater to the needs of the new circumstances in this group. To strengthen the construction of this group, the selection of instructor members as well as the management system of instructors need to be continually improved.
