Based on the information made available from the recent conference on natural gas development held in Chengdu, the capital of the natural gasenriched Sichuan Province. PetroChina will maintain a 14 percent growth for its natural gas production during the 11th Five-Year Plan period （2006-2010）. owing to acceleration of the market development and pipeline construction in the downstream sector and rapid progress in the natural gas exploration.
