新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征肺表面活性物质替代疗法的护理

NURSING CARE OF NEONATAL RESPIRATORY SYNDROME TREATED WITH PULMONARY SURFACTANT

目的:新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征是早产儿的危重急症,常采用肺表面活性物质替代疗法。护理时给药前保持呼吸道通畅,给药时给予抬高臀部和上身后左右侧位4个不同体位,给药后适时调整呼吸机参效,注意观察有无肺出血、脑出血,加强呼吸道和消化道管理。

Objective： Neonatal respiratory syndrome （NRDS） is serious symptom of premature whom usually was treated with pulmonary surfactant （PS）. We should.keep respiratory tract open before usage of PS. During medication, we should change body position from left to right with semi - Foley and head - clown position. After usage of PS, we should adjust the parameter of respiratory machine in time and observe whetller the patients have symptom of pulmonary and cerebral hemorrhage and administer respiratory tract and alimentary trace closely.
