两种“星级护士”评选方法对护理行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解不同"星级护士"评选方法对护理行为的影响。方法:2003年1月-2003年6月以病人满意度为标准进行"星级护士"评选;2003年7月-2005年3月以病人、医生、护士三方面满意度为标准进行"星级护士"评选。结果:以病人满意度为标准的"星级护士"评选方法部分地调动了护士工作的积极性;以病人、医生、护士三方面满意度为标准的"星级护士"评选方法较全面地调动了护士工作积极性。结论:以病人、医生、护士三方面满意度为标准的"星级护士"评选方法比单纯以病人满意度为标准的"星级护士"评选方法更能调动护士工作积极性。 Objective: Study on the effects of different “Star Nurse” selective methods on the nursing behaviors. Method: Method: one was used from January to June in 2003 based on the patients' satisfaction. Method two was used from July 2003 to March 2005 based on the patients', doctors' and the nurses' satisfactions.Results: The “Star Nurse” selective method based on the patients' satisfaction could partly inspire the nurses' positivities. The “Star Nurse” selective method based on the patients', doctors' and the nurses' satisfaction could totally inspire the nurses' positivities. Conclusion: The “Star Nurse” selective method based on the patients', doctors' and the nurses' satisfaction was much better than the method singly based on the patients' satisfaction.
