磁共振FSE及FastFLAIR序列对脑内小缺血病灶的诊断价值 被引量:1

DIADYNAMIC VALUE OF MR FSE AND FAST FLAIR SEQUENCE IN DIAGNOSING CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA

摘要 目的:探讨FSE序列及快速FLAIR序列对脑内小缺血病灶的诊断价值。方法:随机抽取同时行FSE和 FLAIR序列检查的腔隙性脑缺血病变60例,由两名有经验的MR医师采用双盲法分别对FSE及FastFLAIR序列图像进行分析,并对疾病作出分级诊断。结果:病变于FSE序列呈略高信号,边界欠清,于FLAIR序列表现为较高信号,边界较清楚:部分在FSE序列表现为可疑病灶或未能显示的病灶,在FLAIR序列能较清楚显示。经过统计学分析,可以认为控制医生这一分层因素影响后,应用FLAIR序列诊断脑梗塞的效能高于应用FSE序列进行诊断。结论:FastFLAIR序列在显示脑内缺血性病灶方面较FSE序列有更高的敏感性,应作为颅脑MRI检查的常规序列。 Objective: To evaluate fast spin echo (FSE) and fast fluid - attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) sequence MR imaging in diagnosing of cerebral ischemia. Method: 60 patients with cerebral infarction were selected at random. Two MR doctors with experience studied the FSE and Fast FLAIR SEQUENCE IMAGING AND MADE DIAGNOSIS BY GRADE.Results: Lesions in FSE sequence appeared lightly hlgh signal and the borders were vague, while in FLAIR sequence appeared higher signal and the I:orders were clear. Some lesions suspected in FSE were displayed clearly in FLAIR. According to statistics, FLAIR sequence was more efficency than FSE sequence except of doctor' s factor. Conclusion: FLAIR sequence offers advantages for the detection of cerebral ischemia than FSE sequence. It should be applied as routine sequence in MR examinations.
