胶质瘤治疗后放射性脑病的MRI表现

THE MRI REPRESENTATIONS OF RADIOENCEPHALOPATHY: GLIOMA POST - TREATMENT

目的:回顾性分析胶质瘤治疗后放射性脑病的MRI表现。方法:5例胶质瘤患者(其中4例经手术证实, 1例为MRI及PET诊断)放疗1-2个疗程后,MRI平扫及增强扫描疑肿瘤复发,手术切除示放射性脑病。结果:MRI显示40天-7个月内,病灶水肿加重(5/5),中重度水肿(4/5),占位征象加重(5/5),病灶增大(5/5),强化表现为珊瑚状、地图状、环状等不规则形。结论:胶质瘤放射性脑病多在2年内发病,MRI表现为较短时间内病灶进行性增大,占位及水肿加重,以不规则形、发散辐射感之强化方式为主,具有一定的特点。

Objective： To analysis the MRI representations of Radioencephalopathy after glioma post- treatment retrospectively.Method： 4 patients were corffirmed golimas by operation and 1 patient was diagnosised by MRI and PET,All these 5 were suspected recurrence in MRI scans after 1 or 2 radiotherapy periods, but them were reported radioencephalopathy in pathology after exdsions.Rasults： MRI revealed all cases deteriorating from 40 days to 7 months.The edema enlarged （5/5）, and most were moderate or severe （4/5） ,While space occupying signs aggravated （5/5） .Moreover the lesions enlarged （5/5） . Especially, the lesions showed irregular shapes like coral, map or rlng in enhanced acans.Conclusion： Radioencephalopathy of gliorna onseta within 2 years meter radiotherapy mostly. MRI scans manifest the edema and apace occuping singns aggravate, meanwhile the lesions enlarge progressly in a rather short time. It is characteristic that enhanced lesions were irregular and radiated.
