摘要
目的:对16例慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)接受持续性不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)治疗的患加用WS-频谱仪照射治疗7~10天,在自身条件相同的情况下进行治疗前后对比。结果:腹膜对Cr、B显著增加(P均<0.05),甲襞微循环明显改善,红细胞电泳时间缩短,外周血总T细胞(CD_3)显著上(?)辅助/诱导细胞亚群(CD_4)略上升,T抑制/细胞毒亚群(CD_8)下降。CD_4/CD_8值显著升高(P<0.00谱仪具有改善微循环,提高腹膜透析效能。调节免疫功能的作用。
Objective: We achiveed better effect in the treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF) during continuous ambulatory peritoneal (CAPD) by using BFS. Patients and methods: 16 Patients with CRF during CAPD, 5 males and 11 females, aged 38-67 years (average 54) .The Patients had no peritonitis for more than 3 months and were treated with CAPD from 2 to 34 months, average 10.94 months, no changes were made in diet or medication therapy for 1 weeks prior the use of BFS as basic control group and during the whole course of the use of BFS. 20 minutes after per CAPD per/usion.Patients were irradiated by two BFS at low grade. One (101D type) directed to the abdomen and the other (301 c type) to the bilateral yungchan points for 30 minutes, 4 times a day for 7 - 10 days. per/using and draining speed of the dialytic fluid, either was kept at 100 ± 20ml/min, samples of blood and dialytic fluid of the basic control group and the using BFS group were analyzed for the urea nitrogen (UN), Creatinine (CR), Na^+, middle molecule substances (MMS) and the total protein (TP) mean clearance was calculated and compared, time of erythrocytes electrophoresis, immunoglobulin and nailfold microcirculation (examined with Xi - guang brand microcirculation TV - computer measure system, MCX-5 type) were examined in 16 patients Tcell subgroups (CD3、 CD4、 CD5) in peripheral blood (examined with EPICSV, Coulter, Corp. U. S. A) were assayed in 8 patients. Results: The peritoneal eliminate rates for Cr, UN, and Na + were increased significantly ( P〈 0.05), but for MMS and TP were not increased significantly ( P 〉 0.05) ; The TP of the plasma was raised greatly ( P〈 0.01 ) . Time of erythrocytes alectrophorasis was shortened ( P 〈 0.05 ) . patients peripheral bolld total T cells (CD3) were raised significantly (P〈0.05) .THE TP of the plasma was raised greatly (P〈0.01) .Time of ery. throcytes electrophoresis was shortened (P〈 0.05 ) . patients peripheral blood total T cells ( CD3 ) were raised significantly (P 〈 0.01 ), helper T cell (CD4) . were raised slightly, suppressive/eytotoxic T cells (CD5) were reduced. Ratio of CD4/CDs was raised significantly (P〈 0.01 ) . Patients had sideeffect during BFS irradiation. Conclusion; These results suggest BFS has the effect on improving microculation. Raising efficiency in peritoneal dialysis and regulating immune function.
