摘要 将牙本质非胶原蛋白充填于兔切牙人工窝洞中,2周后修复性牙本质的形成明显快于对照组,提示牙本质非胶原蛋白有促进修复性牙本质形成的作用。 The possible effects of isolated non - collagenous dentin matrix protein on reparative dentin formation were investigated in vivo by implantation of these lyophilized components into cavities prepared in rabbit teeth. After 2 weeks of implantations. there was faster formation of reparative dentin than that of control cavities implanted with bovine serous albumin. The results suggested that non-collgenous dentin matrix protein could promote reparative dentin formation.
