我国上市公司的非公平关联交易比例高,形式多,是我国证券市场发展中存在的突出问题。究其原因,是我国上市公司法人治理结构不合理、有关部门的监管措施不力造成的。因此,规范我国上市公司非公平关联交易必须综合治理,完善公司治理结构,加强监管,完善法律法规。

The un-fair connection bargain of listed companies in China with high percentage and varied forms is the outstanding problem in our country＇s stock market, which is resulted from unreasonable legal person structure and poor regulation of departments concerned. As a result, it＇s necessary to integrate management, perfect strucaLre and strengthen regulation with aim to realize normalization of unfair related trade of our country＇s listed company.
