摘要
本文通过评估和分析增殖性细胞核抗原(PCNA)在口腔颊部粘膜上皮中的表达方式以确定上皮细胞由正常到恶变过程中的细胞增殖程度。标本包括正常(N)、炎症(IF)、癌旁上皮(EAC)及鳞癌(SCC)。用免疫组化方法对所有标本的基底层、棘层细胞进行PCNA分布的评估,结果通过PCNA指数(PI)显示。结果显示,无论是基底层还是棘层,PI值均以N、IF、EAC、SCC的次序上升,其中以基底层的规律性最为明显。SCC的PI值明显高于其它各组,EAC组与SCC组最为接近;此外,所有病变组的PI值均明显高于正常组。
This study was designed to determine the degree of proliferative activity of normal, benign, premalig-nant and malignant epithelium of human cheek mu-cosa by evaluating the expression pattern uf proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in different layers of epithelium. Samples comprising normal mucosa (N;n = 14), inflammation (IF;n = 14), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC;n=23) and epithelium immediately adjacent to carcinoma (EAC;n = 12) were immunostained using the monoclonal antibody against PCNA. The results demonstrated that the percentage of PCNA-positivity (PCNA index, PI) for basal, spinous layers increased progressively from N, IF, to EAC and SCC. The PI value of basal cells was elevated more obviously than Pis of other epithelia layers. In all of different layers, the PI of SCC was significantly higher that N and other lesions. Furthermore, all pathological groups had significantly higher PI values when compared with the normal controls.
