文章针对学生英语学习过程中偏重语言知识而轻视语言文化这一现象,阐述在开展语言教学的同时进行文化教学的必要性,介绍文化教学的相关内容,探讨教师在文化教学中的积极因素,试图为学生更有效地学习、掌握英语寻求有益的帮助。

Directing at the phenomenon of students＇ laying more emphasis on learning the knowledge of a foreign language while less on the culture, this paper illustrates the vital importance of teaching the knowledge and culture of a language at the same time, introduces the content concerning culture teaching, and probes into the active roles a teacher plays in culture learning for the purpose of seeking helps for students＇ more effective learning and acknowledgement of English.
