摘要
本文主要探讨图式理论在儿童英语词汇习得中的运用。自F.Bartlett 1932年提出图式理论以来,不少学者如:D.Rumlhart(1980),P.Carrell(1983)等继续对这一理论进行了研究。许多学者还就如何将图式理论应用于阅读理解、听力理解和翻译等方面进行了探讨。但图式理论应用于儿童记忆方面的讨论仍属鲜见。本文从新的视角探讨这一理论在儿童英语词汇习得中的应用,在词汇习得应用策略方面做出补充。
Followlng the advancement of the schema theory by F. Bartlett ,fruitful researches were carried out by a number of scholars, such as D. Rumelhert (1980) and P. Carrell (1983), concentrating, in particular, on the application of the theory to reading comprehension, listening comprehension and translation. However, how the schema theory is applied to the children' s English lexical acquisition is rarely studied. This problem is what will be discussed in this thesis.
