摘要
论述了中压开关柜智能化技术的两个方面:一是智能化测控保护装置,具有保护功能、控制功能、测量电量功能和通信功能;二是在线监测功能,开关柜母线联结处温升监测和断路器机械、电器性能在线监测等。为加快中压开关柜智能化技术进程,配电网的自动化及改变设备的维护方式应由传统的“定期维护”方式向“状态维护”方式过渡。
The thesis expounds the intelligent technology of medium voltage switchgear in two aspects： the first one is the intelligent measuring and controlling protective device with protective function, control function, measring function and communicative function; the second is on-line monitoring function, temperature rise monitoring in joints of busbar, on-line monitoring of electric performance and so on. In order to speed up intelligently technological course for medium voltage switchgear, the automation of distributing network and equipment maintenance mode should be in a transition period from ＂regular maintenance＂ mode to ＂status maintenance＇mode.
