摘要 目的:分析飞行员应急弹射时,颅脑对气流阻力和升力的动力响应过程.方法:用MRI断层扫描图片直接建立颅脑的三维有限元模型,计算振型、位移、应力和压力等参量.结果:飞行员应急弹射时,生命中枢脑干内脑桥延髓部所受压力最大,是弹射后脑保护的首要部位.结论:最大限度地限制颅脑的前后运动,是保护颅脑行之有效的措施. Aim: To study the dynamic response course of the head to airflow resistance and airflow lift force when a pilot is shot off an aeroplane. Methods: The finite element model of a human head, the geometric shape of the head obtained directly from pictures of MRI, was used to calculate vibration pattern, displacement, stress and pressure. Results: When a pilot is in case of being shot the maximum value of pressure is at the pons and medulla oblongata, which is the main part to be protected. Conclusion: An effective way to avoid injury to the head is to restrict the head's forward or backward motion in a minimum limits.
