The side-stream test of catalyst DD-1 on industrial butatene-1 purification plant and it＇s industrial application are presented, Through side-stream test, the result of butadiene removal by DD-1, service life, butene loss, and the influences of reaction velocity and reaction temperature on the catalyst are analyzed. With the industrial application, domestic industrialization of butadiene hydrogenation catalyst is realized, and domestic vacancy in this area is filled.
