Cause analysis and countermeasure for breakage of the expansion dryer mainshaft

膨胀干燥机是顺丁橡胶装置后处理单元的关键设备。文中简要介绍了膨胀干燥机的工作原理和结构,通过对膨胀干燥机主轴断裂原因,从理论上分析了主轴在交变应力作用下断裂发生、发展的过程,并从设备操作、结构上分析了交变应力产生的原因和对设备产生的危害,并针对这些问题,提出了解决和防止主轴断裂的措施。

The expansion dryer is the critical equipment for the finishing unit of butadiene rubber plant. Working principle and construction of the expansion dryer is introduced, the occurrence and development of the mainshaft breakage under alternative stress are analyzed theoretically through the analysis of the cause for the breakage of the expansion dryer mainshaft, the cause of occurrence of alternative stress and it＇s harmfulness to the equipment are analyzed in terms of the equipment operation and construction, and the measures for preventing mainshaft breakage from occurring and the solution are set forth regarding these problems.
