摘要
赛拉嗪(xylazine)195μmol/L灌流心脏,使心率迅速降低,3min时降低40%,然后稳定于该水平。其它心功能指标出现短暂的先增加后降低的双向反应,5min后均有不同程度的回升。α受体拮抗剂育亨宾(yohimbine)和哌唑嗪(prazosin)均不能对抗赛拉嗪所致的心率下降,但是,有拮抗其正性肌力的作用。比较研究表明。
The α adrenoceptor agonist xylazine(195 μmol/L) was used to perfuse isolated working heart in rat. It was found that all cardiac function indices except the heart rate showed a biphasic response, increasing in the first minute and then turning to decrease. The heart rate(HR), however, decreased by 40% from the premedication level at the third minute. α Adrenoceptor antagonists yohimbine and prazosin significantly antagonized the positive inotropic effect of xylazine, but did not antagonize the negative HR effect of xylazine. The comparative study showed that xylazine was similar to clonidine in effects on isolated working heart.
