摘要
针对ASIC(专用集成电路)芯片设计低功耗、低资源耗用的要求,提出了CDMA2000-1x系统移动终端基带发射部分的一种硬件实现方案,进行了内部模块划分,减少了部分子模块的实现复杂度,同时提供并讨论了功耗、资源优化的一些方法,对方案进行了针对性的优化,最终完成了芯片流片。仿真结果分析表明,功耗、资源优化的效果显著。
According to the demands of low power consumption and low resource consumption in the ASIC design, we present an implementation method for mobile terminal base-band transmitter of CDMA2000- 1 x, carry out the process of sub-modules partition and avoid the design complexity of some sub-module. Furthermore we discuss the techniques to improve the power and resource consumption of integrated circuit and use these techniques in the design. Simulation results show that the optimize techniques are efficient and the improvement of performance is significant.
