摘要
电动机控制系统的品质必须通过相应的性能指标来衡量,为此,文中在W indows环境下,采用上下位机结构,基于VB(V isual Basic)软件环境构建出一个相应的综合测试平台,对电动机的性能进行综合评价,并形成统计报表数据。给出了整个平台的拓扑结构、上下位机通信设置以及上位机的主要界面。经实际使用表明,该测试系统设计合理,使用方便,具有较好的推广应用价值。
The quality of motor control system is evaluated by the corresponding parameters. Therefore, This paper introduces an integrated testing platform based upon Visual Basic(VB) and Windows circumstance, which employs the main-slave structure. The system can test the indexes of the motor control system, and present the testing data. The topology of whole measurement platform is presented. The interface menu of main computer and the communication setting are put forward. The fact using results demonstrate that the above testing system is reasonable, available and useful.
