In vivo 31 P MRS studies on tumors

综述了肿瘤在体３１Ｐ磁共振谱（３１ＰＭＲＳ）测定的方法，利用３１ＰＭＲＳ研究肿瘤的生物能学、细胞内ｐＨ和磷脂代谢等方面的进展。

The methods of in vivo 31 PMRS of tumors are summarized. Especially, the advances of 31 PMRS in studying tumor bioenergetics, intracellular pH and phospholipid metabolism, as well as the great potential in detecting malignancy and monitoring tumor responses to various therapy modalities brought about by these advances are reviewed.
