MMP-2、bcl-2表达与胃癌生物学行为的相关性研究

Correlative study between expression of MMP-2、bcl-2 and biological behavior of gastric carcinoma

目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)、细胞凋亡抑制基因(bcl-2)在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌生物学行为之间的相关性。方法:利用免疫组化S-P法检测43例胃癌组织及30例癌旁正常组织中MMP-2、bcl-2的表达。结果:MMP-2的表达与肿瘤细胞的分化程度及临床病理分期密切相关(P<0.05)。bcl-2的表达和胃癌的临床病理分期及细胞分化程度在统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:MMP-2、bcl-2表达与胃癌生物学行为之间关系密切。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma and the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2）.bcl-2 in the gastric carcinoma tissues. Methods： 43 samples of gastric carcinoma and 30 normal specimens of para-careinoma were used and MMP-2 and bcl-2 expressions were assessed by immunohistochemistry S-P. Results： Expression of MMP-2 was closely correlated with differenation and clinicopathological of the tumor cells （P〈0.05） and expression of bcl-2 had no obvious correlation with differenation and clinicopathological of gastric carcinoma （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Expressions of MMP-2 and bcl-2 are closely correlated with biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.
