核黄素对离体大鼠心脏再灌注心律失常的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在离体大鼠心脏缺血再灌注损伤模型上,研究核黄素(2.6×10-5mol·L-1)对再灌注心律失常影响。结果发现:再灌早期再灌注组均发生心律失常,持续13±3.8min;核黄素组心律失常发生率仅为0.08(1/13),持续2.5min,两项指标组间比较均有显著差异(P<0.01)。核黄素对再灌注心律失常的抑制作用,可能与其抗心肌细胞脂质过氧化和稳定膜相结构有关。 The effects of riboflavin (RBF) on ischemia/reperfusion arrhythmias in isolated Langendorff's heart in rats were studied. The results showed that reperfusion arrhythmias appeared in all animals in the reperfusion group.The incidence of reperfusion arrhythmias was significantly higher in reperfusion group than that in the RBF one (P<0.01). The duration of reperfusion arrhythmias was much longer in the reperfusion group than that in RBF group (13.0±3.8 min and 2.5 min, P<0.01).These data suggested that RBF could effectively reduce the susceptibility of reperfusion-induced arrhythmias. It may be related to inhibit on of the lipid peroxidation and stabilizing membranous structure in the myocardial cell.
