摘要
用跳台法和迷宫法比较党参和人参的正丁醇提取物(CP-Ⅲ和GS一Ⅲ)对小鼠记忆障碍的影响。CP-Ⅲ和GS-Ⅲ可明显改善东莨菪碱(SCPL),环己酰亚胺(Cyc)和乙醇(Eth)引起的小鼠记忆障碍和戊巴比妥钠(PTB)引起的小鼠定向辨别障碍,且具一定的量效关系。CP-Ⅲ0.1~0.4g·kg-1和GS-Ⅲ0.1,0.2g·kg-1使小鼠跳台错误次数明显低于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。CP-Ⅲ和GS-Ⅲ0.2g·kg-1使小鼠在训练的d3~5受到电刺激后的正确逃避反应数均显著高于PTB组(P<0.05)。结果表明,党参具有相似于人参的改善化学药物造成的记忆损害作用。
The n-butyl ethanol extracts of codonopsis pilosula(CP-Ⅲ) and ginseng (GS-Ⅲ) were used for facilitation of memory tested by one trail passive avoidance response (stepdown test) and electric maze method in mice.The memory impairments of acquisition,consolidation and recognition were induced by scopolamine,cycloheximide and ethanol,respectively. CP-Ⅲ 0.1~0.4 g· kg-1· d-1 and GS-Ⅲ 0.1, 0.2g·kg-1·d-1 ip for 5 d before training remarkably improved the 3 impairments(P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively) in the stepdown test. And this action was related to the dosage used. The test was also done by electric maze method in sodium pentobarbital-induced impairment of oreitation discrimination. The number of correct responses in CP-Ⅲ and GS-Ⅲgroups was significantly more than that in the sodium pentobarbital group(P<0.05) on d 3 ̄5 at the dose of 0. 2 g· kg-1. These results indicated that codonopsis pilosula had the same nootropic effect as ginseng.
