关于脲醛胶改性途径的探讨

主要利用混合改性、改进生产工艺以及施胶时加入填料等方式研究降低脲醛树脂胶粘剂的游离甲醛含量、剪切强度、耐水性等问题,得到低毒、综合性良好的胶粘剂.

By using the method of adding mixed modifiers,improving the manufacting process and putting fillers into the formulation and so on, a modified urea-formaldehyde resin with lower level of free-formaldehyde content,stronger shear. Strength and better watet-resistancd was studied and prepared. The urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive also was less poisonous and better comprehesive properties.
