杂交粳稻3优18胚性悬浮细胞系的建立

摘要 杂交粳稻3优18是天津水稻研究所选育的强优粳型杂交新组合,其成熟胚在MS1培养基上诱导形成的初始愈伤组织呈深黄色、瘤状,为非松脆型.初始愈伤组织MS2培养基上经3~4个月继代培养,转变为浅黄色、小颗粒状、松脆型胚性愈伤组织.将胚性愈伤组织置于悬浮培养基中培养,经4个多月可得分散性好、生长快的胚性悬浮细胞系. Hybrid japonica rice (Oryza Sativa L. ) “3 You 18” is a new super japonica-type hybrid match selected by Tianjin Rice Research Institute ,China. Mature embryos cultured on MS1 culture medium could be induced tO form dark-yellowed ,tumor-like,and non-crisp callus. After a 3-4-month multiplication culture, preliminary callus cultured on MS2 medium became light-yellow, granule-like, grisp, and embyrogenic.-Embyrogenic callus was cultured on suspension culture medium for a period of 4 months, and well-distributed and fast-growing embyrogenic cell suspensions were obtained.
